Overview

Capco is seeking a Program Lead, Risk Management to support strategic Capital Markets risk and controls transformation initiatives. This role will focus on evolving and modernizing future‑state risk‑centric operating models across the Capital Markets lifecycle, ensuring frameworks are design‑led, desk‑tailored, and built to address existing and emerging risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk and controls transformation initiatives across the Capital Markets lifecycle, supporting future‑state operating model design and implementation.
• Partner with business, operations, and risk stakeholders to identify hidden, structural, and technology risks across trading and banking processes.
• Drive the development and enhancement of risk taxonomies, risk‑control matrices (RCMs), governance frameworks, and control assessment methodologies.
