Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Provide program-level governance and delivery oversight for complex, cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations across the Behavioural Insurance portfolio.
- Establish and operate delivery governance structures, including delivery cadence, readiness checkpoints, dependency management, and decision forums to improve predictability and transparency.
- Oversee delivery performance of external vendors, ensuring commitments are met and cross‑team dependencies are actively managed and resolved.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation planning and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop and maintain structured program reporting that provides visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to support informed decision‑making.
