Overview
Lead impactful programs for adults with severe mental illness at Esperanza/Justicia. This role focuses on compliance, staff support, and community outreach in a fulfilling mental health setting. As a Program Director II, you will oversee Full-Service Partnership programs using the Assertive Community Treatment model. Your leadership will ensure adherence to fiscal goals while providing crucial services like case management and vocational training. Engage with staff and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and maintain program quality to improve clients' lives. Responsibilities
