Bargaining Units: All listed sites are BCNU & UPN, with the exception of CRESST Fraser South which is HSA (only). In accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice and the Mission and Values of Fraser Health, and working collaboratively and in partnership with the interprofessional care team in the provision of person-centered and recovery oriented care the Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of care in the designated service area by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating its effectiveness, efficiency and accessibility. Acts as a senior clinician in the provision of case consultation and clinical review and may provide direct case management services to community clients.
