Program Administrator for Preventative Maintenance
Job Description
IEM is looking for a detail-oriented Program Administrator for its preventative maintenance program in Surrey, B.C. This in-office role will focus on enhancing MaintainX for optimal reliability and performance.
As the Program Administrator, you will report to the Plant Facilities Manager and transition the maintenance system from reactive to a structured, data-driven approach. Key responsibilities include optimizing the CMMS, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to address reliability issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and optimize the MaintainX platform effectively
• Maintain asset hierarchies and maintenance schedules
• Drive compliance and monitor key performance indicators
• Collaborate on solutions for equipment reliability issues
• Analyze maintenance data for continuous improvement
