As a Professional Brand Manager, your key responsibility will be the growth of Moroccanoil’s hair color line and product collections within salons and retail spaces. Creating strong educational programs and gathering insights from the market will inform your strategic approach. You will collaborate closely with distributors to successfully implement initiatives that enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth
• Present product education at monthly meetings
• Advance professional color initiatives in salons
• Collaborate with salons on promotional programs
• Analyze territory data for opportunities and improvements
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a sales role, ideally in haircare
