The National Sales Manager plays a pivotal role within the Professional Americas Leadership Team, responsible for the growth of the FHCS Canadian Professional B2B business. You will be tasked with strategizing for profitability and distribution while coaching a high-performing sales team. Collaboration with various departments will be key as you pursue transformative sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute comprehensive sales strategies and set targets
• Mentor sales professionals and facilitate their growth
• Analyze sales performance against defined metrics
• Negotiate effectively with key accounts
• Manage and optimize the CRM system for sales effectiveness
Requirements:
• 7+ years in a managerial sales role, B2B focus
• Experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus
