Job Title: Products Services Specialist – Drives (VFDs)Location: São Paulo, BrazilKey Responsibilities:Provide on-site and off-site technical support for (VFDs).Assist customers with product commissioning, troubleshooting, and application tuning.Conduct training and technical presentations for clients and partners.Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product / R&D teams for issue resolution.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related field.Hands-on experience with VFDsFamiliar with industrial communication protocols (e.G., Modbus, Profibus, EtherCAT).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).Willing to travel within São Paulo state and occasionally other regions.English Version Resume only
