Products Services Specialist

Job Title: Products Services Specialist – Drives (VFDs)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and off-site technical support for (VFDs).
• Assist customers with product commissioning, troubleshooting, and application tuning.
• Conduct training and technical presentations for clients and partners.
• Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product / R&D teams for issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs
• Familiar with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, EtherCAT).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Willing to travel within São Paulo state and occasionally other regions.
