Job Title: Products Services Specialist – Drives (VFDs) Location: São Paulo, Brazil Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and off-site technical support for (VFDs). Assist customers with product commissioning, troubleshooting, and application tuning. Conduct training and technical presentations for clients and partners. Gather customer feedback and coordinate with product / R&D teams for issue resolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or related field. Hands-on experience with VFDs Familiar with industrial communication protocols (e.G., Modbus, Profibus, EtherCAT). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). Willing to travel within São Paulo state and occasionally other regions. English Version Resume only
