SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong experience in Production Support and incident management in enterprise environments
Hands-on knowledge of ETL processes, Java, and SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
Proven experience as a Support Lead managing support operations, SLAs, and stakeholder communication
