Description§Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all personnel under your supervision.
§Ensure that quality, cost, and delivery time objectives are met in the product manufacturing processes.
§Ensure compliance with the Production Area's Process Control Plans.
§Responsible for generating production reports, FTQ, OE, Srap, etc.
§Schedule overtime as needed.
§Conduct 5 Whys (5 Whys) related to safety and quality.
§Monitor indirect material consumption in the Tool Crib.
§Complete monthly training sessions on the Wombat platform.
§Ensure a customer-centric approach is promoted.
Position Requirements§Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
§3 years of experience in Manufacturing.
§Intermediate English.
