Production Supervisor

Overview

The Production Supervisor will support BW Energy's production operations on Brazilian offshore assets. This position is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all process plant systems, and coordinating interfaces between operations, maintenance, logistics, and subsurface teams. The role also includes maintaining operational documentation, reporting performance, and ensuring compliance with Company and Client procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CRO, Production Operators and Laboratory Technician, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
• Manage daily operation of the production plant, ensuring safe operation in accordance with BW/Client procedures
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in AMOS and other operational systems
• Maintain clear production history of each well and equipment
