Production Supervisor - Pvc Pipe Extrusion (Tijuana)

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the PVC extrusion production lines.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols within the production area.
• Train and manage production staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

• Must have experience in PVC extrusion.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipment in PVC pipe manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).

• Bachelor's (required)

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per day
