Reporting to the department or plant manager, the supervisor is accountable for the performance and results of their department and is responsible for the direct supervision and training of Leader Technicians and Team Members. The supervisor acts as the direct link between upper management and team members, focusing on quality, efficiency, and ensuring that all Team Members work within Health and Safety guidelines.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $29.00/hr
• Paid overtime after 40 hours per week
