Production Supervisor I Fiberglass area Job Summary Position is accountable for maintaining a productive, efficient, quality-oriented and safe work atmosphere during shift operation.Supervisor is expected to provide guidance, support direction and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations.Responsible for supervising the day to day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, compliance, training and auditing activities - to meet customer requirements including deadlines and quality standars.Essential duties and responsibilities Analyzes work orders to estimate worker hours and create machining schedules that meet both internal and external needs.Computes amounts of stocks and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area.Understands using certain methodology for manufacturing structure (Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, etc.).
