Production Supervisor H/M H/M

Responsible for a mechanics team, the production supervisor ensures that the production objectives are met for his/her team by following the activity in the shopfloor.
He/she is responsible for the achievement of the productivity rate, ensuring the training of his/her assigned team, maintaining discipline, and making sure the operators have the correct tools to execute their daily duties, always following HSE and Quality requirements.
This position is in a shift pattern and may work the 3rd shift.
