Production Supervisor
Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Define and ensure execution of the master production plan
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, scrap, labor efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies
- Optimize utilization of labor, equipment, and materials
- Coordinate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, engineering, and supply chain
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production issues
- Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and manufacturing excellence.
- Strategic thinker, capable of analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis to ensure proper follow-up.
- Support and responsibility for the Quality Management System within the operation.
- Experience working under ISO 9001:2015 standards.
