Production Supervisor - Day Shift

C.R. Plastic Products Inc. (an Ice River Sustainable Solutions Company) located in Stratford, Ontario is currently hiring a Production Department Supervisor.

Position Overview

This position provides support to the Manager, Team Leads, and Production Team Members, and is responsible for the 24/5 operation of the Manual Assembly & CNC Department. The Production Department Supervisor will drive the team towards achieving all departmental metrics. Responsibilities include providing direction, training, and coaching to Production Team Members and Leads to ensure production goals are met in a timely manner while adhering to safety and quality standards. The supervisor will evaluate the team to ensure they can perform the required job tasks to meet company goals (safety, quality, and productivity).
