Job Requirements
Education: Industrial and Systems Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related field
Languages: Advanced English, capable of holding business conversations (Mandatory requirement)
Experience: 5 years or more in the automotive industry in metal stamping processes (progressive, manual, and mechanical presses ranging from 75 to 2300 tons) and welding assembly
Job Skills
APQP, PPAP, Quality Systems, blueprint reading, measuring instruments, metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, GD&T, Microsoft Office, SPC, materials technology, material standards, personnel management. Knowledge of PDCA and 8D problem-solving methodologies.
Responsibilities
Ensures strict compliance with Safety regulations; acts as the Safety representative during the second shift in emergencies as the brigade leader
Ensures personnel comply with internal work regulations and policies
Resolves or reports irregularities with unionized workers, maintaining respectful and ...
