Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Production Superintendent (2nd Shift).
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the production teams from the Feeders area to the Final Assembly area of Bravos Plant; interface closely with all manufacturing support functions.
- Promote and lead the mindset change from a project environment to a production environment across the Bravos Plant.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of supervisors and collaborators to comply with the goals of the Hi5 metrics: TRCR, CONC, OTD, DOH and Flex Productivity.
- Assume responsibility for all production activities across multiple production areas (Feeders/Final Assembly) and accept accountability for delivering the Key Performance Goals/Targets established.
- Serve as an integral member of the extended Staff Team and contribute to the development of the Site’s strategies and annual goals and objectives.
