Plan, direct and control the activities of the operation to accomplish the budgeted financial objectives Ensure the profitability and viability of the company; if not, take appropriate actions Monitor and control all programs and activities related to the safety and well-being of the entire workforce Ensure the company is in compliance with government and regulatory requirements Ensure the requirements of the Quality and Environmental Systems are fully adhered to Support Controller to maintain ERP (Sage + Mysis) data integrity Foster and promote growth by supporting Engineering and Product Development Support Controller to prepare annual budgets Ensure that new business is started up effectively and on time Provide guidance and direction to all functional areas Manage the necessary resources to achieve annual budgets Manage headcount in line with revenue and take appropriate actions to flex cost to revenue Develop individual goals for operations team Execute t...
