Company Overview We are a growing polyurethane manufacturing company based in Montréal, specializing in custom-molded components, wear parts, and industrial products for sectors such as mining, aggregates, and heavy industry. Our small, agile team focuses on quality, reliability, and fast turnaround for our customers across Québec and Eastern Canada.
Position Overview The Production Lead / Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production on the shop floor while coordinating people, planning, and processes. Approximately
65%
of the role is hands-on production work and
35%
is office/management (planning, organizing, supervision, communication).
You will work directly with the owner and the production team to ensure orders are produced safely, on time, and to specification, while helping to improve methods and productivity.
