Job Description
Your Role
- Lead and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Plan and optimize production processes, resources, and workforce
- Lead, develop and engage production teams in a high-performance environment
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across operations
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR on planning and people topics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, cost, productivity)
Your Background
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of Lean / continuous improvement methodologies
- Good knowledge of production planning and KPIs management
