to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our automotive facility. This role is critical to ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and experience in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output targets. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
