Pay range: $88,660 - $115,000, commensurate on experience

Production Manager Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for coordinating plant production and operational activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost goals are met. This role provides leadership to production personnel, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement while serving as a key interface between production, internal teams, and external customers. This is an operationally intensive role requiring strong floor presence, multitasking ability, and hands‑on leadership to drive day‑to‑day manufacturing execution and team performance.
