Production Manager
to lead the operations of our steel fabrication facility. In this role, you will oversee production, purchasing, workflow optimization, and personnel management under the direction of the VP, Plant Operations. You will champion safety, quality, efficiency, and employee development while ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about building strong teams and effective processes.
Qualifications Education & Experience
High school diploma required; completion of a Construction Administration Technology (CAT) program or related managerial program preferred.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related fields.
Experience at the Foreman, Project Management, or Managerial level.
