Production Manager

Airswift is looking for a Production Manager to work on a permanent contract in Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico, with a drilling services company. The role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of hydrocarbon production across all Bacab-Lum assets through integrated planning, supervision, and optimization of wells, facilities, and artificial lift systems, aligning industry best practices with the company's operational, financial, and safety objectives. Responsibilities Direct and supervise all production activities well, ensuring compliance with daily, weekly, and monthly plans.
