Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Operate production equipment and follow recipes accurately according to the production schedule.Adjust processing parameters (pre‑refiners, refiners, conch temperatures) and add required ingredients per specifications.Operate and monitor PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to ensure proper equipment performance.Transfer product safely and efficiently between processing equipment and finished tanks.Conduct quality checks, including fineness testing and CCP monitoring, and record results.Perform basic and preventive maintenance, identifying and escalating mechanical issues when required.Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP procedures, and sanitation standards.Use SAP and other systems for production data entry, inventory tracking, and documentation accuracy.Maintain detailed production logs, shift records, and...
