Production Line Maintenance Mgmt 2 (N) - *******)Production Line Maintenance Management position within our semiconductor manufacturing operations.Minimum qualifications: Industrial, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Computer, if possible.Master's degree preferred.Experience: At least 13 years in maintenance, on‐site support, and analysis for SMT machinery (Fuji, Panasonic, Dek, Speedline, etc.).
Required knowledge: Maintenance, onsite support, analysis for SMT machinery; development and analysis; statistical analysis; leadership; standard work; lean tools (SMED, TPM, 5's, OEE, etc.).
Abilities: English 80%, Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks, well organized and focused towards obtaining results.Responsibilities include: SMT programming, developing improvement projects, detecting detractors of efficiency, attending project team meetings, training technicians, and following up on efficiency strategies currently implemented.
