As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of line management within a food manufacturing setting. This includes empowering your team, overseeing performance against targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also handle budgeting, workforce planning, and facilitate continuous improvement efforts by engaging with line operators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve line safety and production goals
• Direct team activities and operational execution
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards
• Facilitate training and development of staff
• Collaborate across departments for optimal processes
Requirements:
• 2-5 years leading manufacturing teams
• Degree in engineering preferred, not mandatory
