  Job Summary 
  & Responsibilities  The Production Line Leader will support the Production Supervisor in all topics related to production continuity for the Nevro Costa Rica site within established KPIs. This employee will take responsibility for all aspects of the assigned area so that people, materials, time, and equipment are used effectively and to the highest quality and safely levels.
 The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Setting up the production line to manufacture planned work orders.
 Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.
 Ensuring work orders are completed on time, in a safety manner, and with the highest quality levels. 
 Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner with the Production Supervisor’s support.
