Production Line Coordinator
Job Description
Activities
- Manage the production budget and stay within its limits.
- Inform cast members of call times and any schedule changes.
- Organize catering for shoots and contact necessary vendors to ensure food availability.
- Oversee cleanliness of set, facilities and general preparation for shoots.
- Collaborate with various staff members to ensure that security, janitors and technicians are on set and performing their duties as assigned.
- Answer and correspond to phone calls and other mail.
- Order inventory as needed to stock up.
- Direct production assistants and assign daily duties.
- Coordinate and plan daily production activities with management.
- Oversee and manage production schedules.
- Provide administrative assistance when necessary.
- Prepare and review internal website documentation for management and production staff.
