Production Lead, Wholesale | Contract until July 2026

Core Responsibilities

• Report directly to Senior Manager, Wholesale Production.
• Serve as the key contact for embellishment partners during production in North America.
• Analyze vendor capabilities and capacity to allocate orders strategically.
• Develop new embellishment techniques to fulfill market trends.
• Build the production Time and Action Calendar (T&A) per season and ensure cross‑functional partners are aligned and updated.
• Track the status of INDC, development, buy‑ready, order placement, and production schedule to meet ex‑factory dates.
• Schedule weekly meetings with embellishment partners for production status updates.
• Lead costing negotiations and strategic sourcing efforts to achieve target prices.
• Create and maintain SOPs to drive operational excellence.
