Production Lead - Injection Molding & Thermoforming

MWC de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Saltillo is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in plastic injection molding and thermoforming processes.You will ensure efficient production flow while driving continuous improvement, managing quality and safety standards, and leading a team of operators and technicians.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred.
