We are looking for an **organized, dynamic, and committed Production Engineer**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Train the team about the safety sense
- Patrol line and reduce the risk
- 8D report of accident
- Review and create Flow-chat/SOP/SIP
- Control the parameter of machines
- Train the operators
- Achieve the target(defect rate)
- Analyze the defects and take actions
- Achieve the target
- Follow manager & supervisor instruction
Experiência y requisitos
- Good command of English.
(_Speaking Chinese or Japanese is a plu_s.)
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Strong math and logical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fast learner with a strong sense of continuous improvement (Kaizen mindset).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to execute tasks effectively.
