As a Production Engineer, you will be part of SCG Indonesia’s manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves monitoring production processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting plant teams in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production operations to ensure output meets quality and efficiency targets.
- Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
- Support trials of new materials, methods, or technologies to improve performance.
