Calculate monthly production performance; Plan equipment production capacity for the whole team; Responsible for planning and implementing the training for the team; Manage the team member adjustments; Get involved in new product development and the writing of SOPs; Present the questions that arise from new product development; Training about quality requirements, operational standards; Enhancing the quality and production capacity; Writing and editing SOP and training team members on the operational standard; Schedule and manage the production according to the production plan; Guide team members to accomplish production that meets the requirements of SOP, check the production result and ensure the production plan is being met; Check the production process frequently; Analyze if the production doesn't meet the requirement; Discuss and check the weekly production plan with the production operation department; Responsible for guiding and supervising oper...
