Production Cloud Support Specialist
Job Description
Leverage your expertise as a Production Support Analyst in a cloud-based environment. Provide essential support for AWS applications while ensuring optimal system performance and enhancements.
This contract role requires on-site work three times a week at a major banking organization. You will handle Level 2 and 3 support tasks, oversee services in AWS, and engage in proactive system monitoring. Collaborate closely with development teams to support application deployments and ensure adherence to documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer production systems across AWS platforms
• Optimize monitoring and cost management strategies
• Respond to end-user requests via ServiceNow
• Automate recurring tasks through Python scripts
• Work with data tools such as Looker and Databricks
Requirements:
• 4–5+ years of experience in cloud operations
• Strong understanding of AWS services including IAM
