Job Description
- Lead daily production operations in a manufacturing environment
- Oversee rubber injection and extrusion processes
- Ensure production KPIs are met (efficiency, quality, delivery)
- Optimize manufacturing processes under high operational pressure
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams
- Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions
- Support production planning and execution
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
