Production Associate – Plastics Plant
Job Description
Our client, a plastics manufacturer in Aurora, is looking for great people to join their team! This is a direct hire job opportunity! After a three month probation, you will be eligible for medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and RRSP matching!
Responsibilities
- Packing a variety of manufactured products (lids and containers) accurately and efficiently
- Check quality of product every stack, top and bottom
- Apply appropriate colored bag to the stack and pack and tape the bag closed
- Place bagged product into the appropriate bin
- Count and document the number of plastic sleeves of products that are packed during each shift
- Ensure that all parts are removed from the machine, table and over top of the conveyor
- Print boxes and labels
Pay Rate
$19.50/hour
Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
