Join our team as a Production Associate working the Night Shift in Delta, BC. This full-time position is key in ensuring that packaging quality meets strict standards while being a supportive team player.
As a Production Associate, you'll monitor product weights, ensuring they are packaged correctly without defects. Upholding safety regulations and sanitizing equipment is critical, as is mentoring others to foster skill growth. You will work closely with the Packaging Team Lead to mitigate any inconsistencies.
