Product Support Agent/Technical Support Representative

It is a remote full-time position.Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST. The role follows a rotational schedule with 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch break. Each team member works 5 days a week with 2 days off.
