Position Overview

The AI Specialist will guide customers from signed contracts to full activation and continued value delivery. This role is not passive account management – it involves deep product knowledge, data analysis, and strong customer relationships to manage the full post‑sale journey: activation, configuration, adoption, and optimization for Voice Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for new Virtual Agent customers, leading them from onboarding through optimization and active usage.
  • Run product demonstrations tailored to each customer’s business, using their own data and workflows to show concrete value.
