Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Product Specialist to identify new product opportunities within existing customer bases and serve as a Product Development Specialist by maintaining customer information and producing required sales productivity reports.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, conduct on‑site visits, cold call, set appointments with prospects, and present programs
• Meet activity requirements and identify potential upsell opportunities
• Utilize the customer relationship management system to document and maintain customer information
• Produce required sales productivity reports
• Communicate product details and pre‑installation requirements to the service department management team
• Complete paperwork for new product adds
