Product Specialist

Responsible for providing day-to-day project and product support for marketed products. Assists in developing and adding new products to be marketed.

• Works with product management to understand product changes and upcoming product launches and to communicate information to the region.
• Serves as the first line of communication on all product issues, quality questions, and product returns.
• Supports the region in resolving product issues and problems.
• Assists in product launches and gathering information for the product development process.
• Works with marketing services and regional offices to create locally tailored product brochures.
