Job Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Track and analyze regional campaign data to assess the quality and effectiveness of incentive campaigns. Deeply understand user needs and preferences by translating metric fluctuations into localized insights to inform and optimize product team strategies. - Develop & implement a 360 marketing strategy to drive user growth uplift. This will involve leveraging a diverse range of channels such as partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, influencer marketing, SMS campaigns, paid advertising, OOH, and more;
- Closely manage regional user feedback for incentive campaigns, taking swift action when necessary. Document and analyze feedback cases to identify trends and continuously improve user experience;
- Work closely and collaboratively with product managers, data delivery teams, XFN stakeholders, and regional teams to achieve ambitious targets and ensure alignment across all departments.
