Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing working across technology marketing, brand management or strategy consulting.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with many stakeholders in a changing environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to interact with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience with a top brand advertiser/B2B advertiser.
- Understanding of Google's and YouTube's ad products and technology industry.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly evolving context.
- Ability to manage stakeholders of all types, including Executive management, external agency partners, and peers.
- Passion for technology, creativity, and leadership to execute effectively.
- Excellent organizing and problem-solving skills.
