Job Description
Nova is a new generation payment network, poised to be a better alternative to the Visa and Mastercard by leveraging real time payment infrastructures like Brazil's Pix & Open Finance for all daily transactions;
The company aims to empower consumers to pay anything, any way they want it including with installments, regardless of merchants' options (yes, anything in up to 12x, always!);
It does so by building a layer on top of Pix & Open Finance to improve their last-mile payment functionalities such as allowing for Financing (credit and installments), Fraud Protection (chargebacks and insurance) and less Friction (tap and pay for consumers, easy approval for merchants etc.);
Nova was founded at the end of 2023 by an elite team of financial services/fintech veterans, it just raised a great Series A with leading venture capital funds and is now expanding its team.
