- Experience: 3-4 years in merchandising, commercial planning, or category management, preferably in retail, fashion, or sporting goods sectors.
- Assortment and seasonal planning.
- Sales analysis and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Lead and monitor the go-to-market process for assigned categories, ensuring effective seasonal assortment planning, achievement of sales and margin targets, and alignment with global, regional and local strategies.
- Define the seasonal product assortment in coordination with regional and local teams, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, pricing, margin goals, in-store dates (ISD) and channel segmentation.
- Analyze market data (sell-out performance, market share, competitor benchmarking) to ensure a relevant and commercial collection while identifying new business opportunities.
